Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Territory Manager will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of services such as Automotive & Roadside Assistance, Medical and Travel Services, and Digital Protection Assistance. Responsibilities also include strategy development, team coordination, and performance analysis to achieve business targets.

• Experience in client management, relationship building, and customer service
• Skills in strategy development, performance analysis, and team coordination
• Knowledge of Automotive & Roadside Assistance, Medical, Travel, and Digital Protection Services
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role, especially in the assistance services industry, will be beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
