As a Territory Manager for Car Loans, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for our Car Loans product in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives for Car Loans in the assigned territory Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with car dealerships, car manufacturers, and other referral sources Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competition Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursal, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional sales manager Train and mentor sales executives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the Car Loans product and build brand awareness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong understanding of the car loans market and industry dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic and fast-paced organization.
