Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within their assigned region, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, providing training and support to the sales team, and developing and executing strategies for market expansion. The candidate will also analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in managing sales operations and achieving targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Leadership skills for guiding and training sales teams, including the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Analytical skills for market research, trend analysis, and strategy development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) and experience in the financial or insurance sectors are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
