Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets for assigned regions, managing and developing a high-performing team of insurance consultants, and building strong relationships with clients and partner organizations. The role includes market analysis to identify opportunities, planning and executing sales strategies, training team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and problem resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional departments to align regional goals with company objectives is also required.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Business Development.
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills for evaluating market trends and establishing impactful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and basic technology platforms for efficient operations.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifts in market demands.
