Territory Collection Manager

Role Overview: You will be a Territory Collection Manager based in Gonda, responsible for overseeing the collection process in your assigned territory. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of collection agents, devising and implementing strategies to improve collection rates, analyzing collection data, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, handling customer queries and disputes, working towards minimizing overdue accounts, and facilitating recovery processes.
