Territory Business Manager-Osvita-Mumbai

As a part of the Abbott team, your role involves analysing and preparing a working plan for the territory based on provided data and market research. You will need to follow up, monitor, and achieve targets for the assigned territory. Implementation and execution of all strategies are crucial, along with engaging with stakeholders such as doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies. It is essential to maintain discipline, punctuality, and meet set timelines for various internal processes. Your basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email exchanges, will be utilized in your day-to-day tasks. Being a fast learner and adaptable to market changes is highly valued. Strong communication skills in English and the local language are necessary for effective verbal communication. You should also exhibit proficiency in in-clinic performance and have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and product portfolio. Organizing camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs, conducting prescription audits for Abbott and competitor brands, and generating POBs for Abbott brands according to the business plan are key responsibilities. Your profile should ideally include 2+ years of experience. However, freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
