Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the division-wise primary target and ensuring it is equal to or greater than the secondary target. Your main goal will be to generate maximum prescriptions, increase market share, and ensure zero cases of expiry on stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. It will be essential to share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. Building strong relationships with customers and stockists, timely stockist visits, prioritizing and meeting doctors appropriately, leveraging managerial and marketing support functions for engaging with important customers, and planning and monitoring new product introductions and sales progress will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, organizing camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs, and generating POBs for Abbott brands will be crucial tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve division-wise primary target and ensure it is equal to or greater than secondary target - Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share - Ensure zero cases of expiry on stockist shelf by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation - Share competitor and market information with ABM and Division - Build relationships with customers and stockists and conduct timely stockist visits - Prioritize and meet doctors appropriately - Leverage managerial and marketing support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships - Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress - Provide timely information about new products to stockists - Report field work daily in the assigned online system - Organize camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs - Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan Qualification Required: - B.Sc. / B.Pharma. Additional Details: Candidates with 2+ years of experience, as well as freshers with good communication and analytical skills, may be considered for this role. Prior or current experience in the same therapy, and candidates from MNCs and top Indian pharma companies will have an added advantage.
