Job Description: As a Sales Representative, your primary job function will include achieving the assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. You will be required to carry out effective fieldwork without direct day-to-day supervision and report your fieldwork on a daily basis on the assigned online system. It is essential to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities will involve generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share. You will be responsible for promoting the Division's products as per the strategy defined. Building relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists will be crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good brand ambassador. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Education: BSc/B. Pharma. - Experience/Training Required: 2+ years of experience. Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Candidates with prior/current experience in the same therapy, especially from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage. Fluency and confidence in communication are essential for this role.
