Job Description

As a Sales Representative in this role, you will be responsible for achieving the assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. You will be expected to carry out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision and report your field work on a daily basis using the assigned online system. It is crucial to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and promoting the Division's products as per the strategy. Building relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good brand ambassador for the company. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Education: BSc/B. Pharma - Experience/Training Required: 2+ years of experience. Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area, especially those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage.
