As a Sales Territory Manager at Abbott, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Analyzing and preparing a working plan for the territory based on provided data and market research. - Following up, monitoring, and achieving targets for the territory. - Implementing and executing all strategies effectively. - Engaging with stakeholders such as doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies. - Maintaining discipline, punctuality, and meeting set timelines for multiple internal processes. - Utilizing basic computer skills including working with Excel, Word, and email exchanges. - Being a fast learner and adaptable to changes in the market. - Demonstrating strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language. - Delivering effective in-clinic performance. - Possessing a basic understanding and the ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and product portfolio. - Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs. - Conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. - Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
