Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, driving business growth, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform business decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software tools.
