Job Description

As a Territory Business Manager at our company located in HSR Layout, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing our field sales operations. Your responsibilities will include driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong customer relationships. It is essential to maintain a balance between strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution to surpass territory revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: - Team Building & Leadership - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team consisting of Inside Sales and Field Sales Representatives. - Create a collaborative and results-driven environment by providing coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback. - Establish and communicate clear team goals that align with company objectives. - Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement sales strategies customized for the assigned territory. - Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. - Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads generated from marketing initiatives. - Individual Sales Contribution - Engage in direct sales activities such as prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals. - Manage a personal sales pipeline and meet individual sales targets in alignment with team objectives. - Collaboration with Technical and Pre-Sales Teams - Partner with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are well-understood and met. - Work alongside pre-sales teams on proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to meet client needs. - Address technical issues or objections during the sales process to provide a seamless client experience. - Initiatives & Innovation - Introduce and execute new sales initiatives and processes to enhance efficiency. - Utilize industry trends and best practices to develop innovative customer engagement strategies. - Contribute to the development of sales tools, resources, and training programs. - Performance Management - Monitor and analyze individual and team sales performance metrics. - Conduct regular performance reviews, establish actionable goals, and devise strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - A proven track record in sales leadership within the IT hardware/software/services industry. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in English and Hindi. - 5-7 years of direct sales experience with outstanding performance metrics. Skills & Competencies: - Leadership and team management. - Sales strategy development and execution. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams (technical, pre-sales, and marketing). - Analytical and performance-driven mindset.
