As a Territory Business Lead at Colgate-Palmolive, you play a crucial role in driving business growth and market share within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, building strategic relationships with key dental professionals and stockists, and ensuring business accountability and operational efficiency of Coverage & Conversion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a coach and mentor for your sales team through regular "In-clinic Mentoring" sessions to enhance skills and sales effectiveness. - Set clear objectives for the team and ensure successful implementation of territory plans. - Develop deep relationships with key dental professionals to foster loyalty and advocacy. - Establish and maintain partnerships with stockists and dental dealers to optimize the supply chain. - Hold full "Business Accountability" for sales revenue, professional recommendation metrics, and overall business growth. - Drive operational efficiency by optimizing territory routes, managing resources, and ensuring digital reporting standards are met. - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable business plans. - Oversee demand generation activities for therapeutic products in pharmacies and dental channels. - Act as a primary resource for oral health knowledge, supporting the team and key accounts. - Ensure excellent execution of professional marketing strategy and brand support plans. - Represent Colgate at key dental conventions and activities. - Prepare and deliver progress reports on territory status, team performance, and business objectives. - Comply with all company policies and standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Health Science, Marketing, or Business Administration. - 7+ years of experience in Medical Detailing, Sales, or Territory Management. - Demonstrable experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring sales teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. - Intermediate English level proficiency. - Proficiency in Office/Google tools is preferred. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., C4C-SAP Marketing Cloud) is a plus. - Prior experience in managing stomatologicals/dental business is advantageous.
