Territory Business Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Business Executive (TBE) to drive sales, expand distribution, and strengthen our market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have prior FMCG sales experience, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve targets through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in retail outlets.
• Execute trade promotions, schemes, and product launches as per company guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and share timely market intelligence with the management team.
• Manage distributor claims, inventory, and credit control.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper coverage and growth of retail network.
• Train and motivate distributor sales staff for effective market execution.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales or channel sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
