What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow a

    multi-tier partner network

    (Tier 1 & P2P) for strong coverage and performance across key verticals.
  • Engage and enable partners through structured programs, training, and sales tools to maximize success.
  • Use

    Salesforce.com

    to manage pipeline, track partner performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire

    new end-user accounts

    and increase market share.
  • Strengthen relationships with

    Global 100 customers

    to create long-term strategic value.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership on

    go-to-market initiatives

    and revenue delivery.
  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction with timely, effective issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience

    in the printer, IT hardware, or enterprise software industry.
  • A proven record of

    meeting and exceeding sales targets

    in a channel-driven model.
  • Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in

    Salesforce.com

    and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in

    English and Hindi

    , with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Based in Mumbai, with

    travel as required across assigned territories

    .
