Tendering Executive

As a Tendering Executive at our company, your role will involve evaluating bids and contracts by analyzing price, quality, and technical specifications of goods and services. You will be responsible for monitoring the submission of bids, ensuring accuracy, and meeting tendering process requirements. Additionally, you will prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Negotiating contracts with suppliers and stakeholders to reach favorable agreements - Utilizing agile project management techniques and software to effectively manage bids and tender projects - Studying tender requirements, developing effective strategies, and solutions for bid submissions - Managing documents provided by potential suppliers, evaluating pricing, and preparing documentation for the tender - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing tenders, communicating with suppliers, and negotiating terms - Reviewing proposals, assessing cost efficiency, and identifying risks - Developing compelling correspondence, creating impressive presentations for tender submission, and ensuring compliance with tender guidelines To qualify for this role, you should have more than 1 year of experience in tendering work in the construction industry and hold a graduate degree.
