The position of Tendering Executive at our organization requires someone with more than 1 year of experience in tendering work within the construction industry. As a Tendering Executive, you will be responsible for evaluating bids and contracts, monitoring the submission process, preparing detailed reports, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and stakeholders. Your primary duties will include analyzing bids for price, quality, and technical specifications, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of bid submissions, and utilizing project management techniques to effectively manage bids and tender projects. You will also be expected to develop key solutions based on tender requirements, manage documents provided by suppliers, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to examine proposals, assess cost efficiency and risks, and develop compelling presentations for tender submissions while ensuring compliance with tender guidelines. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate with a sound understanding of tendering processes and the ability to negotiate favorable agreements with suppliers.
