Identify relevant solar EPC tenders (Government & Private) through portals and networks. Review and interpret tender documents (technical & commercial). Prepare competitive cost estimates, budgets, and commercial offers. Prepare summary sheets of tenders including scope, timelines, payment terms, and key risks. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, purchase, execution) for inputs and documentation. Ensure timely submission of compliant bids. Handle pre-bid queries, vendor/partner coordination, and post-bid clarifications. Maintain a database of submitted tenders, win/loss analysis, and pricing trends. Stay updated with MNRE, SECI, DISCOM, and State-level tendering guidelines and schemes. Strong knowledge of costing, BoQ preparation, and bid documentation. Must be familiar with government e-procurement portals like CPPP, GeM, SECI, etc. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 1. Supervising and verifying preventive maintenance as per schedule for solar power plant equipments e.g. Modules, Inverters. 2. Checking inverters and Strings for faults and related. Rectifications, checking and rectification of defective strings and modules. 3. Supervising any breakdown maintenance. 4. Coordinating with OEMs for spares, AMC, warranty and service requests. 5. Contract Management. 6. Upkeep of SCADA and WMS. 7. Monitoring of SCADA and WMS parameters and point out faults to maintenance technicians. 8.Verification of module cleaning as per schedule. 9. Ensuring Project Handover and takeover as per scope, protocols and procedures. 10. Maintaining list of plant related issues and taking up with engineering, contracts, accounts, environment etc. 11. Liasioning with local communities, Contactors, Suppliers. 12. Management of spares/ Manpower/Budget 13. Energy auditing & reduction of Power Loss through audit and review. 14. Holding operational meetings with plant and HO 15. Analytics of various plant performance parameters with respect to Plant design (PV syst). 16. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist Purchase department/ Manager in day to day purchase activities. Assist department to meet the requirements provided by the project team. Gather basic understanding of service and product knowledge from Vendor. Basic Vendor development. Carry Vendor registration formality. Assist in preparing purchase order. Visit and coordinate with Vendors for quality improvement. Check and review material received from vendors as per the Purchase order. Sourcing and develop potential vendors. Keep record of material under warranty, guarantee Ensure timely repair/ replacement of faulty material whenever required. Maintain database of new vendor and existing vendors. Eligibility Criteria: - A.) BE (Electrical/Mechanical) or any graduate with 6 months - 1 year experience B.) Experience in Solar Industry will be the additional advantage. C.) Freshers are also welcome (But must have basic knowledge/understanding of Procurement Process) D.) Skillset required: - Good communication Have computer literacy (MS office suit) Language proficiency (English, Marathi and Hindi).
