Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze RFQs, tenders, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical/Electrical scope of work.
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and execution teams for rate finalization.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
  • Engage in vendor/subcontractor quotation analysis and negotiation.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and documentation.
  • Assist in risk assessment and pricing strategy during bid preparation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of material and labor costs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Tendering/Costing roles (Project Construction).
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, estimation, and project costing.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and costing software/tools.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
