Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bidding Specialist (GEM) at Jintech Solution Ltd., located in Ahmedabad. The Bidding Specialist will be responsible for identifying bid opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal, preparing bid proposals, and managing the entire bidding process. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and monitoring bid status. The specialist will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and continually update knowledge of GEM portal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and bid management processes
• Ability to prepare and submit detailed bid proposals
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in monitoring bid status and compliance with requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of GEM portal policies and procedures

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Salary

• 15k to 45k salary + atterctive incentive
