Key Responsibilities

• GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal

• Identify, monitor, and analyze relevant tenders (Govt., PSU, hospitals, healthcare institutions).

• Prepare, compile, and submit tender/bid documents accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

• Maintain and update records of submitted tenders, bid status, and follow-ups.

• Respond to clarifications and queries related to bids/tenders.

• Ensure competitive pricing strategies and compliance with terms and conditions.

• Follow up with procurement officers/hospitals regarding tender outcomes.

• Regular reporting to management on tender status, wins/losses, and improvement areas.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education

• Experience

• Bike compulsory

• Good communication & negotiation skills.

• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling) skills.

• Knowledge of documentation required for tenders (EMD, technical, commercial bids).

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
