Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Kochi. The Tender Executive will be responsible for the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with the tender requirements. The role involves coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, managing documentation, and maintaining updated records of submitted tenders. The Tender Executive will also track tender outcomes and ensure any post-tender clarifications are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination
• Prior experience in preparing and submitting tenders, ideally in the engineering or industrial sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to tender processes
• Experience in project management and negotiation skills is a plus
