Tender Executive

As a Tender Executive at our company, your role will involve identifying and analyzing tender opportunities relevant to the business. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to collect necessary information and documentation for tender submissions. Your tasks will include preparing and submitting comprehensive and competitive tender proposals, ensuring all tender documents comply with industry regulations and company policies. It will be your duty to track and manage tender timelines, ensuring timely submissions, as well as maintaining records of all tender activities and communications. Additionally, you will liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms, while also monitoring and reporting on the status of submitted tenders.
