Tender Executive

As a Tender Executive based in Nayandahalli, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing tender opportunities relevant to the business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams to gather the necessary information and documentation for tender submissions, preparing comprehensive and competitive tender proposals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. It will be your duty to track and manage tender timelines for timely submissions, maintain records of all tender activities and communications, and engage with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the status of submitted tenders. To excel in this role, you should hold a BA/B.COM or any relevant degree and possess strong skills in email drafting, MS Word, and Excel. A solid understanding of the tender process and related documentation, along with exceptional organizational and project management abilities, will be key to your success. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and negotiation skills will be essential in meeting tight deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
