Job Description

Your role as a Personal Assistant to CEO will involve managing the CEO's calendar, handling confidential communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include: - Proactively managing the CEO's schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls, and prioritizing critical engagements. - Acting as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, managing email correspondence, and directing inquiries. - Coordinating complex travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing necessary documentation. - Preparing meeting agendas, gathering materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items. - Maintaining accurate filing systems for electronic and physical documents, ensuring confidentiality. - Generating presentations, reports, and summaries, including data analysis and compilation. - Assisting with personal tasks, managing appointments, errands, and event planning. - Providing administrative support for Board meetings, including agenda preparation, document distribution, and minute taking. - Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and executive communications. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other relevant software. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism. - Proactive ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and address potential issues. - Several years of experience in high-level administrative support, preferably in a complex business environment.
