A Tender Executive for tendering works in the domain of IT/Networking/Surveillance supply, installation & AMC works. Checking various tender searches on a daily basis and identifying any tenders which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes Study tender documents & prepare technical commercial documents Understanding of tender pre-qualification requirements and checking the eligibility criteria with the companys experience. Analysing the requirements and working with respective OEMs to get the proper products as per the specifications. Getting the relevant documents from OEM.Preparing the pre-bid meeting queries. Preparing the documents for Tender Participation.Submission of BIDs with the relevant documents and checking the bids status.Responding the queries during technical evaluation.Coordinate with various departments like finance, and logistics to complete quality tender.Collecting the prices, compiling them and submitting them to management to get the final pricing to upload and regarding clarification of tenders.The final compilation of tender document & then submitting on time.Continuously updating tender MIS & Tender status.Follow up for EMD collection Keeping records of documents, maintaining files and necessary documents
