Tender Executive

The Tender Executive in the IT Hardware & Networking industry is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Identification & Analysis: Monitor various tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP) to identify relevant opportunities in the IT hardware and networking sector. Analyze tender documents to understand client requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Documentation & Proposal Preparation: Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to compile necessary documents. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all client specifications are met.
• E-Tendering: Manage the online submission process, including uploading documents and ensuring compliance with portal requirements.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate cost estimates.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all submissions adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Conduct quality checks on final submissions to guarantee accuracy and professionalism.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders during the tendering process. Address and resolve tender-related queries promptly.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain organized records of all tender documents, submissions, and related correspondences. Provide regular updates and reports on tender progress and outcomes to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement within the IT hardware and networking industry. Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with tender management software and e-tendering portals is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft clear and concise proposals and reports.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and submissions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
