Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive / GeM Specialist located in South Delhi. The responsibilities include managing tender operations and processes, preparing and submitting bids for government and private sector tenders, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and conducting market research. The role demands efficiency in maintaining records, meeting deadlines, and identifying new tender opportunities to support the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess tender requirements and evaluate data effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to gather relevant market and industry insights
• Attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
• Proficient in MS Office tools and tender-specific portals such as GeM and other CPP Portals
• Experience in tender documentation and submission processes is advantageous
