We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Tendering / GeM Specialist to manage tender submissions across government e-marketplaces, including GeM (Government e-Marketplace), e-Procurement portals, and other online tendering platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and complete understanding of tender processes and documentation. Key Responsibilities GeM Portal Management Manage and update company profile, product listings, and pricing on the GeM portal. Track new bids, RA (Reverse Auctions), and opportunities posted on GeM. Prepare and submit bids on GeM as per technical specifications and eligibility criteria. Coordinate with departments for product catalog approvals, compliance, and documentation. Online Tendering Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders on government and private procurement portals. Analyze tender requirements and prepare technical & commercial documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, technical, legal) to gather required information. Submit tenders within deadlines and ensure 100% compliance with tender conditions. Maintain a calendar and tracker for live tenders, bid status, and post-submission follow-ups. Documentation & Compliance Prepare supporting documents such as declarations, annexures, eligibility criteria, and formats required for tender participation. Ensure timely renewal of licenses, certifications, EMD/BG submissions, and vendor registrations. Verify terms & conditions, payment clauses, and contract requirements for risk assessment. Follow-Up & Coordination Communicate with tender authorities and clients for clarification, pre-bid meetings, and documentation queries. Track tender results, upload performance data, and support contract finalization. Manage correspondence related to tenders, queries, and award notifications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree . 1–4 years of experience in online tendering, GeM operations, or government procurement. Strong understanding of GeM portal, e-Procurement portals, and bidding procedures. Excellent MS Excel, documentation, and analytical skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
