Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales staff in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
  • Search and identify relevant tender opportunities across various platforms
  • Support the tender preparation and submission process
  • Maintain sales records and documentation
  • Coordinate with team members to gather required tender documents
  • Handle routine correspondence with clients and team members
  • Prepare and update sales reports using MS Excel


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in tender filling and documentation
  • Knowledge of tender portals and procurement processes
