Job Description

Role: Tender Management and Submission

Key Responsibilities:

Search, track, and study tenders from platforms like GeM, IREPS, IOCL, BHEL, etc.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial documentation as per tender requirements.
Ensure timely online submission of tenders through various e-tender portals.
Track tender announcements, corrigenda, and deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, revisions, and clarifications.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, estimation, legal) to gather required documentation.
Upload and manage supporting documents such as PAN, GST, MSME, balance sheets, experience certificates, etc.
Prepare and upload tender documents as per client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical & commercial inputs.
Maintain records and update submission status.
Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PDF handling & internet browsing.
