Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Tender Executive to manage the full lifecycle of the tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions for projects in the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scan and identify relevant tenders in the sectors of plumbing, sanitation, firefighting, and external infra works.
2. Analyze tender documents including scope of work, technical specifications, commercial conditions, and eligibility criteria.
3. Liaise with project, engineering, and procurement teams to gather the required technical and commercial information.
4. Prepare and compile tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates in accordance with tender requirements.
5. Coordinate bid submission processes and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
6. Interact with clients, consultants, and government departments when required for clarifications or site visits.
7. Maintain an updated database of submitted tenders, contract awards, and feedback for future improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tender submissions.
