Tender Executive

Title: Tender Executive (Male / Female)

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Postgraduate

Role: Tender search from e-portal, prepare the tender documents & it's all tender related work, prepare quotation, deal with the dealer for the tender’s relevant documents, Working on GEM Portal & Other e-Procurement Portals.

Key Skills: - e-Tendering, Vendor Management, e procurement, good knowledge in Techno Commercial evaluation, Negotiation.

MIS, Maintain master files of all tenders, Maintenance of office records files and Handle some of administration work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/E-Procurement/Govt. Tenders Portal.
• Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals.
• Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender
• Keeping lists of the Government agencies or personnel representing the person, agency, or organization.
• Develop, maintain, and intensify contacts with relevant government departments and authorities.
• Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.
• Obtain relevant documents from Clients for Completing Tender Formalities & compliances.
• Closing, follow up of Purchase orders, Pending Payments, BG & EMD.
• **Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and working on Tender specification.
• **A candidate should have prior 2- 3 years' experience in working on the Government e- Marketplace GeM/ E-Procurement tendering websites will be preferred.
• **Those who can join immediately will be preferred.
• **Require experience candidate only.
• ** Having experience in filling out a tender for Digital Signature Certificate and Microsoft Products will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
