Role Description

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing the entire tendering process — from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating across departments. This position offers valuable hands-on exposure to Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and corporate tender processe, making it ideal for both fresh graduates and aspiring professionals. 

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting bids and tenders
• Strong research and analytical skills for evaluating tender opportunities
• Documentation and record-keeping skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with various departments
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and compliance with regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
