We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating across departments. This position offers valuable hands-on exposure to Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and corporate tender processe, making it ideal for both fresh graduates and aspiring professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting bids and tenders
• Strong research and analytical skills for evaluating tender opportunities
• Documentation and record-keeping skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with various departments
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and compliance with regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
