As a Telecaller at TRICITY SHIP MANAGEMENT, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via telephone to promote our services, generate leads, and maintain client relationships. Your primary duties will include:

  • Outbound Calls:
  • Place outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and services.
  • Engage in effective communication to convey the benefits of our offerings and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
  • Gather relevant information about potential clients' needs, interests, and requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized attention.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, interactions, and client information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Regularly update lead databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate follow-up activities, promotional campaigns, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to support continuous improvement in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Targets and Reporting:
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing call activities, lead status, and outcomes for management review.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the marine industry or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
