Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding our courses and programs.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate course details.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain a proper record of calls and responses.

Guide students through the admission process.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team for scheduling appointments or demo sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or data entry tools).

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling preferred but not mandatory.
