Tellecaller

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to meet targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Record feedback, complaints, and suggestions, and share with the management team.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude on all calls.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
