We are actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable faculty member to teach Management and Problem-Solving papers for our Degree and Diploma programs . The ideal candidate will bring subject expertise, engaging teaching methods, and a passion for student success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures on Management topics (e.g., Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, etc.) and problem-based subjects (e.g., Quantitative Techniques, Business Analytics, etc.) Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and exams Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students Maintain up-to-date course materials and teaching plans Participate in departmental meetings and curriculum development activities Qualifications: Master’s Degree or higher in Management, Commerce, or related fields Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Familiarity with both theoretical and applied aspects of the subject Preferred Skills: Experience teaching both degree and diploma students Proficiency in online teaching tools (Google Meet, Zoom, LMS platforms) Aptitude for solving and teaching analytical and quantitative problems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
