As a Telecaller (Recruitment) at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to source and screen candidates. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews. - Maintaining candidate database and following up until joining. - Supporting bulk hiring drives and daily recruitment targets. To excel in this role, you will need: - Good communication skills. - Comfort with high-volume calling. - Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment.
