Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing product/service information, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits to customers clearly and professionally.
Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information or support.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales when applicable.
Maintain and update customer databases and call logs.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: High School / 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company requirement).
Excellent verbal communication skills (in [English/Hindi/Regional language], as required).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is an added advantage.
