Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information Organization
Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into appointments/leads.Maintain and update customer databases regularly.Follow up with clients to ensure successful lead conversion.Understand customer requirements and share relevant details with the sales team.Maintain professionalism and good communication etiquette at all times.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
Requirements:
