We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller for our real estate team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to help clients find their dream properties. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with valuable information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads in the real estate sector.
  • Provide information about properties, services, and market trends to prospective buyers.
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with real estate agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the real estate market.
