About CloudMellow Technologies

CloudMellow is a growing digital marketing and technology solutions company serving global clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller for Marketing to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reaching out to prospects, generating leads, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over calls.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales/marketing team.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align calling efforts with campaigns.
Provide feedback from clients to help improve services and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (marketing/IT industry preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (as applicable).
Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
