Role Overview: You will be a full-time, on-site Telecaller based in Patna. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, presenting information about IT courses, addressing inquiries, and gathering customer feedback. Your role will also involve maintaining client records, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
