Job Description: You will be working as a Telecaller in a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. Your main responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential and current clients, providing information about company services, and addressing customer inquiries. It will also be your duty to maintain detailed call records, follow up with leads or customers, and contribute towards achieving sales and communication objectives.
