Telesales/Inside Sales Professional - Solar & Renewable Products

You are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Professional to join the team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in selling solar or renewable energy products, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to generate leads and close sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote solar and renewable energy products. - Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques. - Educate potential customers about solar solutions and their benefits. - Understand customer needs, provide suitable product recommendations, and close sales. - Maintain and update CRM records with lead status and follow-up details. - Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new solar products. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1-3 years in telesales or inside sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries. - Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Business background preferred). - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving targets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.,
