Telesales/Inside Sales Professional - Solar & Renewable Products

As a Telesales / Inside Sales Professional at our company in Nagpur, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar and renewable energy products. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads through various sales techniques, educating potential customers about solar solutions, understanding customer needs, providing suitable product recommendations, and closing sales over the phone. It will be essential for you to maintain and update CRM records, coordinate with field sales teams, and ensure client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries. A graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for an Engineering or Business background, is required. Your success will depend on your strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus), proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new solar products. This is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
