Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and sell our digital products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage existing customer accounts and provide after-sales support.

• Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Ability to understand customer needs and pitch solutions effectively.
