Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Patna. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, handling customer inquiries, building relationships with clients, and closing sales over the phone. The role involves maintaining customer databases, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also be expected to meet sales targets and participate in training sessions to enhance their skills.
